Confusion, yes, the fitness industry is rife with confusing and conflicting information, but deep down you know what you want and you know what you have to do to get it.

He comes to work now in new fitted shirts and looks great.

You know it’s possible, you just don’t know where to start or if you can manage it alone.

You can see the envious glances from friends and colleagues.

You can hear their praise and the all-too-familiar, “I wish I could do that.”

Pedram was a guy just like you. Mid-30’s and rocking the dadbod, except he didn’t have kids yet.

Over the years he’d let himself go.

His belly had grown, his face got chubbier, and most disturbingly of all, he hated himself (<- strong words but the exact ones he said to me when we first met). His self-confidence was completely gone. He didn't want to go on dates because he was embarrassed by his body. He'd went through 3 personal trainers and was never able to see the results he craved. In desperation, he reached out to the manager of the gym I was working in at the time, asking, "Is there anyone there who can help me?" That is how I first came to meet Pedram. I'm going to let him tell the next part of the story: “I lost 16 kilos, while maintaining muscle and giving them definition in some vital areas like my abs and chest.

I was a person who hated training and even thinking about it was difficult for me since my favourite spot was on my sofa eating whatever I wanted. This resulted in me hating my body.

Now training has become my biggest hobby and every day I count down the hours at work, waiting for gym time.

I myself was skeptical to personal trainers, no one wants to fool themself, right? I looked around for months to find the correct person to be my coach. After changing many personal trainers, I finally found Andrew.
